I received my MFA from University of Wisconsin-Madison in the summer of 2007.  I currently live in St. Paul, Minnesota and have been continuing my work as well as completing coursework for MN teaching licensure.

My work has been strongly influenced by the natural surroundings in Wisconsin and Minnesota.  Where I live has a great effect on how I feel and my interpretations and perceptions of my time spent in nature inevitably find their way into my work.  These visual interpretations combine with the strong presence of the women in my family to create inherently feminine landscapes.
